Section 4-3-501 - Cow share program notification(1) A producer who is in a cow-share program, as defined in Section 4-3-102, shall notify the department of the cow-share program and include in the notification: (a) the producer's name; and(b) a valid, current address of the farm on which the milk producing hoofed mammal in the cow-share program is located.(2) Upon receipt, the department shall keep a notification of a cow-share program described in Subsection (1) on file.Renumbered from § 4-3-1.3 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 44, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by Chapter 112, 2015 General Session ,§ 2, eff. 5/12/2015.
