Section 4-24-105 - Commission to appoint supervisor for brand inspection - Appointment subject to approval - Salary(1) The commissioner shall appoint a state supervisor for livestock brand inspection, subject to the approval of the Livestock Brand Board.(2) The salary or compensation of the supervisor shall be fixed in accordance with standards adopted by the Division of Finance.Renumbered from § 4-24-30 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 251, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 20, 1995 General Session
