Section 4-2-102 - Department created(1) There is created within state government the Department of Agriculture and Food.(2) The department created in Subsection (1) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all laws, services, functions, and consumer programs related to agriculture in this state as assigned to the department by the Legislature.Renumbered from § 4-2-1 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 12, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 82, 1997 General Session.
