Section 4-16-103 - Department authorized to make and enforce rules - Cooperation with state and federal agencies authorized(1) The department is authorized, subject to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to make and enforce rules.(2) The department may cooperate with other state agencies, other states, and with the United States Department of Agriculture or other departments or agencies of the federal government.Renumbered from § 4-16-3 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 176, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session.
