Section 4-10-104 - Manufacture, repair, or wholesale sale of bedding, upholstered furniture, quilted clothing, or filling material - Permit required(1) It is unlawful for a person to engage in the manufacture, repair, or wholesale sale of bedding, upholstered furniture, quilted clothing, or filling material without a permit issued by the department.(2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a person may engage in the repair of quilted clothing without a permit issued by the department if that person is not otherwise required to obtain a permit issued by the department under this chapter or by department rule.Amended by Chapter 295, 2021 General Session ,§ 2, eff. 5/5/2021.Amended by Chapter 316, 2020 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/12/2020.Renumbered from § 4-10-4 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 114, eff. 7/1/2017.Enacted by Chapter 2, 1979 General Session
