Section 36-12-8.1 - Legislative Management Committee - Subcommittee on Oversight - Members - Duties - Meetings(1) There is created within the Legislative Management Committee a Subcommittee on Oversight comprised of the following members:(a) from the Senate:(ii) the majority leader;(iii) the minority leader; and(b) from the House of Representatives: (ii) the majority leader;(iii) the minority leader; and(2) The Subcommittee on Oversight shallmeet no later than November 1 of each year to review and approve the budget for the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, and the Office of the Legislative Auditor General.Amended by Chapter 425, 2024 General Session ,§ 15, eff. 5/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 254, 2018 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/8/2018.Enacted by Chapter 165, 2000 General Session.
