Section 35A-3-608 - Schedule of payments to be paid upon liability - Establishment - Cancellation(1) The department may at any time: (a) consistent with the income, earning capacity, and resources of the obligor, set or reset the level and schedule of payments to be paid upon the liability; and(b) cancel the schedule of payments and demand immediate payment in full.(2) The department may recover an overpayment through deductions from cash assistance or SNAP benefits under Section 35A-3-603.Amended by Chapter 221, 2015 General Session ,§ 52, eff. 5/12/2015.Amended by Chapter 41, 2012 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/8/2012.Amended by Chapter 71, 2005 General Session
