Section 35A-3-503 - Purpose - Limitations(1) Using social capital, an applicant for services under this chapter may receive a wide array of services that cannot be provided by state government alone.(2) The Legislature recognizes: (a) the constitutional limits of state government to sustain civic institutions that provide social capital;(b) that the state does not create nor can it replace civic institutions; and(c) that state government should respect, recognize, and, wherever possible, constitutionally encourage strong civic institutions that sustain a sense of community.Amended by Chapter 221, 2015 General Session ,§ 39, eff. 5/12/2015.Amended by Chapter 297, 2011 , 2011 General Session
