Section 35A-13-501 - General provisions(1) This part is known as "Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing."(2) For the purposes of this part: (a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division.(b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing created in Section 35A-13-502.Added by Chapter 271, 2016 General Session ,§ 24, eff. 10/1/2016.
