Section 31A-23a-1002 - Regulation of affiliated business - Applicable law(1) Except as provided in this part, for purposes of state law, Section 8 of RESPA governs an affiliated business arrangement involving a title entity.(2) The division shall enforce the provisions of this part, including Section 8 of RESPA.(3) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division may make rules necessary to implement the provisions of this part.Added by Chapter 475, 2019 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/14/2019.Technically renumbered for proper placement in chapter.
