Section 31A-22-602 - Premium rates(1) Except as provided in Subsection 31A-22-701(4), this section does not apply to group accident and health insurance.(2) The benefits in an accident and health insurance policy shall be reasonable in relation to the premiums charged.(3) The commissioner shall prohibit the use of an accident and health insurance form or rates if the form or rates do not satisfy Subsection (2).Amended by Chapter 198, 2022 General Session ,§ 18, eff. 5/4/2022.Amended by Chapter 252, 2021 General Session ,§ 15, eff. 5/5/2021.Amended by Chapter 308, 2002 General Session.
