Section 26B-8-404 - Coordination of health data collection activities(1) The department shall coordinate health data activities within the state to eliminate unnecessary duplication of data collection and maximize the usefulness of data collected.(2) Except as specifically provided, this part does not independently provide authority for the department to compel the reporting of information.Renumbered from § 26-3-5 and amended by Chapter 306, 2023 General Session ,§ 269, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 201, 1996 General Session
