Section 26B-7-320 - Exemptions from liability(1) A health care provider may not be discharged, suspended, disciplined, or harassed for making a report under Sections 26B-7-316 through 26B-7-323.(2) A health care provider may not incur any civil or criminal liability as a result of making any report under Sections 26B-7-316 through 26B-7-323 so long as the report is made in good faith.Renumbered from § 26-23b-107 and amended by Chapter 308, 2023 General Session ,§ 289, eff. 5/3/2023.Enacted by Chapter 155, 2002 General Session.
