Section 26B-7-303 - Applicability - Administrative procedures(1) Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315 apply to involuntary examination, treatment, isolation, and quarantine actions applied to individuals or groups of individuals by the department or a local health department.(2) The provisions of Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315 supersede the provisions of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act.(3) The department may adopt rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, as necessary to administer the provisions of Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315.Renumbered from § 26-6b-1 and amended by Chapter 308, 2023 General Session ,§ 272, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session.
