Section 26B-5-706 - Staff(1) The Office of Substance Use and Mental Health within the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide staff support to the commission and, unless otherwise specified by statute, to each of the commission's committees.(2) The Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel may provide additional staff support to the commission.Added by Chapter 245, 2024 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 5/1/2024.
