Section 26B-4-210 - Severability clause(1) If any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 or the application of any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 remain effective without the invalidated provision or application.(2) The provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 are severable.Renumbered from § 26-61a-114 and amended by Chapter 307, 2023 General Session ,§ 68, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 1, 2018SP3 General Session ,§ 141, eff. 12/3/2018.Added by Chapter 1, 2018SP3 General Session ,§ 58, eff. 12/3/2018.
