Section 26B-4-108 - Fees for training equipment rental, testing, and quality assurance reviews(1) The department may charge fees, established in accordance with Section 26B-1-209: (a) for the use of department-owned training equipment;(b) to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews; and(c) to process an application for a designation, permit, or license.(2)(a) Fees collected under Subsections (1)(a) and (b) shall be separate dedicated credits.(b) Fees under Subsection (1)(a) may be used to purchase training equipment.(c) Fees under Subsection (1)(b) may be used to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews.Renumbered from § 26-8a-208 and amended by Chapter 307, 2023 General Session ,§ 8, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 255, 2022 General Session ,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2022.Amended by Chapter 326, 2017 General Session ,§ 6, eff. 5/9/2017.Amended by Chapter 391, 2010 General Session.
