Section 26B-4-104 - Public awareness effortsThe department may:
(1) develop programs to inform the public of the emergency medical service system; and(2) develop and disseminate emergency medical training programs for the public, which emphasize the prevention and treatment of injuries and illnesses.Renumbered from § 26-8a-201 and amended by Chapter 307, 2023 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 5/3/2023.Enacted by Chapter 141, 1999 General Session.
