Section 26B-3-118 - Medical vendor rates(1) Medical vendor payments made to providers of services for and in behalf of recipient households shall be based upon predetermined rates from standards developed by the division in cooperation with providers of services for each type of service purchased by the division.(2) As far as possible, the rates paid for services shall be established in advance of the fiscal year for which funds are to be requested.Renumbered from § 26-18-7 and amended by Chapter 306, 2023 General Session ,§ 18, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 21, 1988 General Session
