Section 26B-2-119 - Residential support program - Temporary homeless youth shelterIn accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the office shall make rules that establish age-appropriate and gender-appropriate sleeping quarters in temporary homeless youth shelters, as defined in Section 80-5-102, that provide overnight shelter to minors.
