Section 26B-1-305 - Department of Health and Human Services Transition Restricted Account(1) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the "Department of Health and Human Services Transition Restricted Account."(2) The restricted account shall consist of appropriations made by the Legislature.(3) Subject to appropriation, the transition agencies and the department may spend money from the restricted account to pay for expenses related to moving the transition agencies into the department, including staff and legal services.Added by Chapter 255, 2022 General Session ,§ 64, eff. 7/1/2022.
