Section 23A-8-203 - Beaver damage - Authorization to kill or trap(1) When it is apparent that beaver are doing damage to, or are a menace to, private property, a landowner or tenant may request authorization to kill or trap the beaver.(2) The Wildlife Board may grant authorization described in Subsection (1) under conditions prescribed by the Wildlife Board.Renumbered from § 23-18-4 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 177, eff. 7/1/2023.Enacted by Chapter 46, 1971 General Session
