Section 23A-5-304 - Commercialization of wildlife unlawful - Criminal penalty(1) A person may not use wildlife as a commercial venture for financial gain except as provided in this title or under rules made by the Wildlife Board in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.(2) A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty provided in Section 23A-5-301.Renumbered from § 23-13-13 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 126, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 60, 1975 General Session
