Section 23A-4-209 - Search and rescue surcharge(1) In addition to the fees imposed under this title, there is imposed a 25 cent surcharge on a fishing, hunting, or combination license.(2) The surcharge imposed under Subsection (1) shall be deposited in the General Fund as a dedicated credit for the Search and Rescue Financial Assistance Program created under Section 53-2a-1102.Renumbered from § 23-19-42 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 68, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 295, 2013 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 5/14/2013.Amended by Chapter 187, 2007 General Session
