Section 23A-3-301 - Definitions

As used in this part:

(1) "Board" means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund Board created in Section 23A-3-305.

(2) "Legacy fund" means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund created in Section 23A-3-304.
