Section 23A-2-304 - Rules, proclamations, and orders of the Wildlife Board - Judicial notice of proclamations(1) The Wildlife Board shall exercise the Wildlife Board's powers by making rules and issuing proclamations and orders pursuant to this title.(2) A court shall take judicial notice of a proclamation published under the authority of this title.Renumbered from § 23-14-19 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 23, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 211, 1995 General Session
