Section 23A-12-302 - Prohibited activities(1) A commercial hunting guide or outfitter may not use a waterfowl management area for any of the following, unless the commercial hunting guide or outfitter has an annual permit, issued by the Wildlife Board pursuant to this part, for the use: (a) hunting guide services or outfitter services; or(b) transportation of an individual to another area for the purpose of providing hunting guide services or outfitter services.(2) An individual may not construct a permanent blind or other permanent structure that is used for hunting within the boundaries of a waterfowl management area.Renumbered from § 23-32-103 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 222, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by Chapter 177, 2021 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/5/2021.
