Section 17C-3-101.2 - Applicability of chapter

This chapter applies to an economic development project area that is effective:

(1) before May 10, 2016; or

(2) before September 1, 2016, if an agency adopted a resolution in accordance with Section 17C-3-101.5 before April 1, 2016.
