Section 17B-1-1302 - Special district dissolution(1) A special district may be dissolved as provided in this part.(2) No later than 180 days after the payment of all debt of an infrastructure financing district, the board of trustees of the infrastructure financing district shall adopt a resolution to dissolve the infrastructure financing district.Amended by Chapter TBD, 2024 General Session ,§ 44, eff. 5/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 15, 2023 General Session ,§ 157, eff. 2/27/2023.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 329, 2007 General Session.
