Section 11-70-702 - Amending the fairpark district annual budget(1) The board may by resolution amend an annual fairpark district budget.(2) An amendment of the annual fairpark district budget that would increase the total expenditures may be made only after public hearing by notice published as required for initial adoption of the annual budget.(3) The fairpark district may not make expenditures in excess of the total expenditures established in the annual budget as it is adopted or amended.Added by Chapter 419, 2024 General Session ,§ 42, eff. 5/1/2024.
