Section 11-70-301 - Fairpark district boar(1) The fairpark district shall be governed by a board.(2)(a) The board shall manage and conduct the business and affairs of the fairpark district and shall determine all questions of fairpark district policy.(3) All powers of the fairpark district are exercised through the board or, as provided in Section 11-70-305, the executive director.(4) The board may by resolution delegate powers to the executive director or other fairpark district staff.Added by Chapter 419, 2024 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 5/1/2024.
