Section 11-13-529 - Audits required(1) An interlocal entity shall facilitate an audit of the interlocal entity in accordance with Title 51, Chapter 2a, Accounting Reports from Political Subdivisions, Interlocal Organizations, and Other Local Entities Act.(2) The governing board shall appoint an auditor for the purpose of complying with the requirements of this section and with Title 51, Chapter 2a, Accounting Reports from Political Subdivisions, Interlocal Organizations, and Other Local Entities Act.Added by Chapter 265, 2015 General Session ,§ 51, eff. 5/12/2015.
