Section 10-1-204 - Registration as a local government entity(1)(a) Each municipality shall register and maintain the municipality's registration as a local government entity, in accordance with Section 67-1a-15.(b) The municipal recorder shall register and maintain the registration on behalf of the municipality.(2) A municipality that fails to comply with Subsection (1) or Section 67-1a-15 is subject to enforcement by the state auditor, in accordance with Section 67-3-1.Amended by Chapter 30, 2020 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/12/2020.Added by Chapter 256, 2018 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/8/2018.
