EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Pub. L. 113-79, title X, §100020002,, 128 Stat. 940, provided that: "Effective October 1, 2013, section 10403 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 1622c ) is repealed."
