Section, Pub. L. 101-624, title XV, §15581558,, 104 Stat. 3699, directed Secretary of Agriculture to collect information contained on peanut export documentation, including country of origin, and submit reports to Congress annually notwithstanding certain confidentiality provisions.

Secretary

The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Agriculture.
