CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 95-452, §13, formerly §12, Oct. 12, 1978, 92 Stat. 1109; renumbered §13, Pub. L. 110-409, §7(a), Oct. 14, 2008, 122 Stat. 4305, which provided that Pub. L. 95-452 would take effect on Oct. 1, 1978, was omitted in light of the repeal of most of the sections of Pub. L. 95-452 and restatement of those provisions in chapter 4 of this title.
