AMENDMENTS2010-Subsec. (b)(1) to (3). Pub. L. 111-281 redesignated pars. (2) and (3) as (1) and (2), respectively, and struck out former par. (1), which read as follows: "not more than 500 gross tons as measured under section 14502 of this title, or an alternate tonnage measured under section 14302 of this title as prescribed by the Secretary under section 14104 of this title;". 1996-Subsec.
