Section 22701 - Organization
(a) FEDERAL CHARTER.-AMVETS (American Veterans) (in this chapter, the "corporation") is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) PERPETUAL EXISTENCE.-Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
