Section 11187 - Limitations on use of funds

None of the funds made available to carry out this subchapter may be used to advocate for, or support, the unsecured release of juveniles who are charged with a violent crime.

the term "violent crime" means- (A) murder or nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, or robbery, or(B) aggravated assault committed with the use of a firearm;
