CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 106-425, §7, as added Pub. L. 106-434, §3, Nov. 6, 2000, 114 Stat. 1913, which related to exchange of certain lands with the State of New Mexico, authorized other exchanges of land, and approved certain resolutions pertaining to conveyances and boundary disputes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
