CODIFICATIONSection, act Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 733, §5, 68 Stat. 725, which related to transfer of tribal property by the Secretary of the Interior to a corporation or other legal entity organized by the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
