CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 93-531, §19, Dec. 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 1721; Pub. L. 96-305, §8, July 8, 1980, 94 Stat. 932, which provided for a reduction of livestock within the joint use area, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
