CODIFICATIONSection, acts May 19, 1947, ch. 80, §2, 61 Stat. 102; Aug. 30, 1951, ch. 367, §1, 65 Stat. 208; Pub. L. 85-610, §1, Aug. 8, 1958, 72 Stat. 541, which related to the establishment of a trust fund for each tribe into which the Secretary of the Treasury was directed to transfer funds as necessary to effect the purpose of former section 611 of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
