CODIFICATIONSection, act Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 732, §23, 68 Stat. 723, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to issue rules and regulations and to provide for tribal referenda on certain matters, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
