CODIFICATIONSection, act Feb. 24, 1942, ch. 113, §1, 56 Stat. 121, which authorized the purchase in trust of Klamath Tribe lands by the United States to be held for the benefit of the tribe and its members, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
