EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEALAct Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 732, §12, 68 Stat. 721, provided that the repeal is effective on the date of the transfer of title to tribal property to a trustee, corporation, or other legal entity pursuant to former section 564e of this title.
