Each State educational agency receiving funds under this part shall annually submit to the Secretary a report that provides-
Each local educational agency receiving funds under this part shall submit to the State educational agency such information as the State requires, which shall include the information described in subsection (a) for the local educational agency.
The reports and information provided under subsections (a) and (b) shall be made readily available to the public.
The reports and information provided under subsections (a) and (b) shall not reveal personally identifiable information about any individual.

- Secretary
- The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Education.
- State educational agency
- The term "State educational agency" means the agency primarily responsible for the State supervision of public elementary schools and secondary schools.
- State
- The term "State" means each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and each of the outlying areas.
- school leader
- The term "school leader" means a principal, assistant principal, or other individual who is-(A) an employee or officer of an elementary school or secondary school, local educational agency, or other entity operating an elementary school or secondary school; and(B) responsible for the daily instructional leadership and managerial operations in the elementary school or secondary school building.
