STATUTORY NOTES AND RELATED SUBSIDIARIES
TERMINATION OF CONSERVATION STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM Pub. L. 115-334, title II, §2301(c)(2), Dec. 20, 2018, 132 Stat. 4552, provided that: "Effective on the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 20, 2018], the conservation stewardship program under subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3838d et seq.) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) shall cease to be effective."
