NOTES OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON RULES-1983Rules 2010(d) and 5008(d), which implement §§322 and 345 of the Code, authorize a party in interest to prosecute a claim on the bond of a trustee or depository in the name of the United States.

NOTES OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON RULES-1991 AMENDMENTReference to Rule 5008(d) is deleted because of the abrogation of Rule 5008.
