Section 2566 - Space and services: provision to military welfare societies
(a) AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SPACE AND SERVICES.-The Secretary concerned may provide, without charge, space and services under the jurisdiction of that Secretary to a military welfare society.
(b) DEFINITIONS.-In this section:
(1) The term "military welfare society" means the following:
(A) The Army Emergency Relief Society.
(B) The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
(C) The Air Force Aid Society, Inc.
(D) The Coast Guard Mutual Assistance.
(2) The term "services" includes lighting, heating, cooling, electricity, office furniture, office machines and equipment, telephone and other information technology services (including installation of lines and equipment, connectivity, and other associated services), and security systems (including installation and other associated expenses).

The term "Secretary concerned" means-(A) the Secretary of the Army, with respect to matters concerning the Army;(B) the Secretary of the Navy, with respect to matters concerning the Navy, the Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard when it is operating as a service in the Department of the Navy;(C) the Secretary of the Air Force, with respect to matters concerning the Air Force and the Space Force; and(D) the Secretary of Homeland Security, with respect to matters concerning the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Department of the Navy.
